Since October, 2014 the Millbury Housing Authority has completed the following
improvements that were funded by DHCD:

Provided tub surrounds...completed
Chimney repairs...completed

With continued funding we will be able to complete the capital improvements
planned for many years to come, allowing us to continue to provide safe, decent
and affordable housing.  

667-1 Linden Apartments

Since October, 2014 the Millbury Housing Authority has completed the following
improvements that were funded by DHCD:

• Window replacements
• Installed sustainability low flow toilets
• Utility pole replacement

667-2 Colonial Drive

Since October, 2014 the Millbury Housing Authority has completed the following
improvements that were funded by DHCD:

Installed sustainability low flow toilets...complete

and affordable housing.

667-3 Centerview Apartments

Since October, 2014 the Millbury Housing Authority has completed the following
improvements that were funded by DHCD:

 Installed an emergency generator
 Updated the fire alarm system

Installation of second elevator...in process

With continued funding we will be able to complete the capital improvements
planned for many years to come, allowing us to continue to provide safe, decent
and affordable housing.

705-1 Burbank Street

  Improvements planned for this year include:

• Installation of new bollards at Burbank Street

705-1 Forest Drive

Since October, 2014 the Millbury Housing Authority has completed the following
improvements that were funded by DHCD:

 Renovated a duplex at 21 Forrest Drive allowing us to house 2 families

705-1 West Main Street

• Installation of new sewer line at 230 West Main Street...completed
